My fitness life had become a cycle of trying to get healthy and then stopping due to injuries. That was until, Conner custom tailored a home routine that I did three times a week. Even though we live in different states, it didn't feel like it. I was able to see exactly how to do each move via Connor's videos. I've lost 8 pounds gradually and have done so without dieting! I'm stronger, more flexible and have much more energy. Oh, and did I mention I turned 50 this year.
