Youth Group Training
  • Will meet 1, 2 or 3 days a week through Fall
  • If in season, workouts tailored towards recovery
  • Focus on proper strength and speed development to maximize results and prevent injury.
  • Intro, midpoint, and end of program testing and analysis.
Adult Group Training
  • Initial assessment for new clients
  • 2, or 3 day a week options
  • Strength program that is tailored for your ability and injury history.
  • Start up anytime. Programs run in 4 week intervals..
