PROGRAMMING

Strength & Conditioning
  • Preliminary assessment for new athletes
  • 1, 2, or 3 Sessions per week
  • Complete Strength and Conditioning program.
  • Nutrition guidance
In-Season
  • Will meet 1-2x a week 
  • Will focus 1/2 Session on strength maintenance and the other 1/2 on movement and mobility
  • Access to Theragun, Normatech, and Freeze Sleeves.
Adult Group Training
  • Initial assessment for new clients
  • 2, or 3 day a week options
  • Strength program that is tailored for your ability.
  • Start up anytime, works in 4 week programs.
