We are creating this blog to help more people with solutions, insights, and everyday tips for nutrition, training, and lifestyle. We have been training clients in the studio for the past 8 years. We have picked up many things along the way, and this blog will serve as a medium to share with more than just those we directly work with. With TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube, there is so much misinformation in today's world. You get influencers pushing products, methods, and exercises that either do nothing or, worse, more harm than good.


We want this blog to be a method that can help decipher the B.S. and get to the point of what matters. At the heart of CW Total Performance is our top priority; Do No Harm. The goal of losing weight, gaining muscle, and getting ready for a sports season is to be successful. You cannot succeed with your goals if you are hurt or not feeling well, so we always weigh risk vs. reward... and are very risk-averse.

Everything that we teach and work with our clients is something that a team member has accomplished. We also have taken steps to understand the psychology of change through our experiences successfully working with clients and through continued education. We are constantly pushing the needle to help our clients achieve their goals in the most sustainable way possible.
