HOW THE ONLINE TRAINING PROGRAM WORKS
Upon signup you will receive a comprehensive questionnaire to help me understand your goals, schedule and preferences. We will then discuss the first phase of your training program. This first consultation can be in-person, on skype or phone call.
Once we have discussed the foundation of your training program, you will have access to the your Training Overview. Your overview will provide synthesized information about your program methodology and detail your workout regimen.
The App will guide you through each workout allowing you to access to my exercise video library which includes instructional videos for each exercise in your training program.
As a online client you will have support via email and text. I will be accessible to you, no matter how small the question. Updates and adjustments are made weekly to ultimately figure out what works for you!
I will review your workout logs and progress bi-weekly. You and I will discuss your thoughts on your training plan and make adjustments as needed.
