Will focus on hip, ankle, and shoulder mobility utilizing soft tissue work and static stretching techniques.
Tuesday | Thursday 6:00-6:30 PM
Ideal for younger athletes or anyone interested in learning agility techniques. Expect to use speed ladder, hurdles, footwork, etc.
Tuesday | Thursday 6:45-7:15PM
Work on muscle activation techniques with a focus on glute strengthening. Balancing exercises and mini bands will be used throughout the session.
